General FAQs
Raw hair refers to completely unprocessed, natural human hair sourced directly from a single donor, with no chemical, steam, or mechanical alteration. At Bundles Direct, we specialise exclusively in single donor raw hair, ensuring authenticity through a meticulous sourcing process.
Each bundle is handpicked and tested using methods such as the white cuticle test, bleach test(using our free sample bundles), and burn test to confirm purity and quality.
Because raw hair retains its original texture and integrity, no two bundles are identical a hallmark of its natural origin. Hair marketed as “raw” but appearing uniformly straight (bone), curly, or kinky is likely chemically or steam-processed, meaning it is not truly raw. While such hair may still be of good quality, it generally lacks the long-term durability and versatility of genuine raw hair you get at Bundles Direct.
The origin of our Raw hair is Vietnam and its is natural 1B in colour.

Yes. While our hair can be lifted to 613, bleaching should only be done by professionals to preserve the integrity and longevity of your extensions.
If you’re choosing lengths between 12” and 22", we recommend 1–3 bundles, based on your preferred level of fullness. For 24" and above, it’s best to use at least 3–4 bundles, as longer lengths have slightly less volume per bundle (each weighing about 100 grams).
Typically, three bundles give a beautiful, natural finish but if you love a fuller, more luxurious style, we suggest going with four bundles, especially for longer lengths.
