Refunds may be requested within 14 days of receipt only under exceptional circumstances, and only if Raw hair extensions remain sealed, unopened, and unaltered.

2.3 Conditions for Refund:

• The lace must be intact, and the hair must be unused.
• Refunds are only authorised if the incorrect product was received or if an item arrived faulty or defective.
• Photo evidence must be provided within 48 hours of delivery.

2.4 Return Process:
Unauthorised or ineligible returns may be sent back at your expense.
Exchanges are not available. If you wish to change colour or length, you must place a new order and return the original item (if eligible).

2.5 Processing Times:
Approved refunds will be processed within 3–5 working days of receiving the returned goods. Payment providers may take an additional up to five working days to credit your account.

2.6 Quality Assurance:
All products undergo inspection before dispatch. Bundles Direct accepts no responsibility for items that have been altered, coloured, cut, installed, or otherwise modified after delivery.
